This is a heavy-flavored side dish, which can be used as a delicacy with wine or with steamed buns and porridge. It is very good with rice. If you like to learn by analogy, you can change different main ingredients, and use this method to cook other varieties of side dishes.

Spicy Dried Fish

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: dried small fish, Chinese pepper, crushed pepper, Chaotian pepper

2. Dry the small fish with clean water

3. Drain the water and set aside

4. Put some more oil in the pot, add spare dried fish for frying

5. Fry until the fish is firm, turn it over and fry

6. Put the fried dried fish out and set aside

7. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add Chinese pepper and Chaotian pepper, and sauté until fragrant

8. Add the crushed chili

9. Stir quickly and evenly

10. Add spare dried fish
