Spicy Dried Fish

Main and auxiliary materials: dried small fish, Chinese pepper, crushed pepper, Chaotian pepper.

Dry the small fish with clean water.

Drain the water and set aside.

Put more oil in the pot as appropriate and add the spare dried fish for frying.

Fry until the fish is firm, turn it over and fry again.

Put the fried dried fish out and set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add Chinese pepper and Chaotian pepper, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the crushed peppers.

Stir quickly evenly.

Add spare dried fish.

Add a little salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, stir evenly and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. When frying the dried small fish, turn the spoon and use a spatula to mix it easily.
2. The type and dosage of pepper and chili can be added as you like.
