Spicy Dried Shreds

Rinse the tofu skins with water and stack them neatly.

Roll up from one side into a cylindrical shape.
3.
Cut into thin strips with a knife.

Shake the cut tofu shreds and set aside.

Wash the red hot peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Wash the coriander and cut into sections. Shred the ginger.

Pour the oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add the pepper and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Pour in cilantro and chili and sauté until fragrant.
8.
Pour in shredded tofu, stir-fry on low heat until dry, add salt and stir well.
