Stir-fried dried silk is a dish that I occasionally saw a gourmet master and learned to cook from him. My child and I like to eat tofu, and stir-fried with chili and pepper. It is very spicy and served with rice.

Spicy Dried Silk

1. Prepare tofu skin

2. Shredded tofu skin

3. Cut the ginger garlic and chili, prepare some pepper

4. Heat oil in a wok, add seasonings and sauté

5. Add bean curd

6. Stir fry with some soy sauce

7. With salt

8. Add chicken essence and chopped green onions

9. Stir fry a few more times

Tips:

1. Cut the tofu skin into thin strips.
2. Add chili and Chinese pepper dry fry for a more fragrant taste.
