Tofu is our common ingredient. It is rich in plant protein, calcium, phosphorus and other nutrients. But tofu doesn't like to taste, so you have to be particular about the cooking method.
The tofu I made is not only not broken, neat, but also very tasty, and it is full of juice after a bite. The ingredients are simple, but spicy and delicious. Let me take a look and make sure you are thinking about the next time after eating.

Spicy Dried Tofu

1. A piece of northern tofu;

2. Diagonally cut into triangles;

3. Then cut a large triangle piece about one centimeter thick;

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, put the tofu slices into the pan, fry on medium heat until both sides are set and brown;

5. Mince the scallion, ginger, garlic and millet pepper separately, and prepare the chopped pepper;

6. Leave the bottom oil in the wok, add the minced green onion, ginger and garlic to the pot and stir fragrant, chop the pepper, a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt into the pot and stir fry;

7. Add a small bowl of hot water to boil;

8. Put the tofu slices into the pot, turn off the heat until the soup thickens and dries.

Tips:

1. Tofu should be made of firm northern tofu and old tofu, which have less moisture and good shape;
2. The seasoning can be adjusted according to taste.
