Spicy Duck Blood

Ingredients: duck blood, Pixian bean paste, garlic (crushed).

Unpack the duck blood and place it on the chopping board for cutting.

Pour the cut duck blood into a pot of clean water and blanch for 3-4 minutes, then remove.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add garlic, add some Pixian bean paste and stir fry.
