Spicy Duck Blood Soup

Take out the boxed duck blood, wash and cut into small pieces.

Pour oil into the pot, add Chinese pepper, star anise, dried chili, garlic, Pixian bean paste, hot pot base and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the duck blood, don't stir fry, shake the pot to make it even.

Add salt and light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of stock, cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute.

Pour in water starch, sprinkle a little chicken essence, and stir gently along the side of the pot.
Tips:
1. No matter what kind of blood is fried, don't turn it frequently with a spatula, it is the easiest to break, just shake the pan to make it even.
2. The stock can be stored in the freezer at ordinary times, and it can be taken as soon as it is used. You can also use white water, but the stock will taste more delicious.
3. Hook a thin gorgon, it is a dish, add more water and starch, it is a soup.
