Duck gizzards are loved by many people. They can be used as a dish or a snack to eat while walking. There are many ways to eat it, such as stir-fry, braised or stewed; and we prefer to braise first. Spicy Duck Gizzards

1. Prepare the relevant ingredients and wash the duck gizzards with salt

2. Put 4 grams of salt into the washed duck gizzards, grab and mix evenly

3. Marinate for about 6 hours, then rinse and drain

4. Put all the seasonings into the milk pot, pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine

5. Drop in a little soy sauce

6. Add 1 small bowl of water, cover and bring to a boil

7. Put the duck gizzards and cover the fire

8. Bring to a boil again, turn to low heat, put 1 teaspoon of sugar and cover to continue

9. When the halogen is about 15 minutes, poke it with chopsticks, but you can poke it

10. Sprinkle a little chicken essence and turn off the heat, and cover for 2 hours

11. Take out and cool the slices

Tips:

1. Duck gizzards are the digestive organs of poultry. It can be scrubbed with salt or vinegar when cleaning, which is easy to clean and can also play a sterilization effect.
2. The marinating time is best to be more than 4 hours in order to be delicious
3. The stewing time is not easy to be too long, otherwise the duck gizzards will not chew when they are old
