Spicy Duck Neck, Duck Feet, Duck Heart

Clean the duck neck, duck feet, and duck heart, and then chop the duck neck into small pieces.
Put all the meat in a pot under cold water, boil it over high heat, skim off the foam, remove the meat, and put it in cold water.
Then change the water and rinse three times until the meat is completely cooled, which can make the meat more vigorous.

Tips:
1. Don't add too much sugar.
2. You can add more spicy if you like spicy food.
