Spicy Duck Tongue

Wash the duck tongue, marinate in cooking wine for 20 minutes, then put it in cold water and boil it.

Prepare green onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, dried chilies, and a little pepper

Heat up the wok, pour in appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add dried chili, pepper and saute until fragrant, then add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic slices and saute

Pour in the blanched duck tongue, add a little cooking wine and stir fry evenly

Then add some dark soy sauce to color, lighten soy sauce and sugar to enhance the flavor

After stirring evenly, pour in boiling water to cover the duck tongue and bring to a boil

Put the remaining green onion, ginger and garlic in the pot, cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes

Turn off the heat after collecting the juice
9.
Serve after cooling
