In recent years, Flammulina velutipes has occupied more and more of our dining table, and its nutritional value is self-evident!
In addition to hot pot and deep frying, I was thinking about another method. I didn't expect the taste to be surprisingly good, so I specially brought it out to share with you!

Ingredients

Spicy Enoki Mushroom

1. Take out the enoki mushrooms and set aside to taste.

2. Cut off the root of the enoki mushroom, and put the remaining part in a pot.

3. Disassemble the sticky roots and clean them.

4. After washing, put it in a pot with water and cook.

5. Wash the chopped green onion and chili for later use.

6. Chop the green onion and chili and set aside.

7. Put the peppers in a bowl, add salt, cumin powder, light soy sauce and vinegar. Add an appropriate amount of boiled water and stir evenly.

8. Remove the cooked enoki mushrooms, rinse with cold water, and hold in water.

9. Pour the mixed seasoning juice on the enoki mushroom with a spoon, put a little, and stir well.

10. Sprinkle the chopped green onion and finish.
