Spicy Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, soak them in light salt water for a while, then wash them with water.

After blanching the enoki mushrooms, squeeze dry.

Add salt, light soy sauce, xylitol powder and spicy sauce, and stir well.
4.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds and you're done.

You can also add other vegetables to mix and eat!
