The New Year is booming, and family gatherings are indispensable for the New Year, and you must learn to cook delicious dishes for your parents and family members to taste. This dish is my specialty. I make it for my family every year when I go home. It is spicy and delicious.

Spicy Fish

1. After buying the grass carp, clean the fish bones and fillets separately

2. Put the sweet potato starch and an egg white into the fish fillets. Grab 1 tablespoon of cooking wine with your hands. Let stand and marinate for about 10 minutes.

3. Cut the spicy base material into one piece, cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and set aside the green pepper

4. Put peanut oil in the pot, add spicy base, green onion, ginger, and Chinese pepper to fry until fragrant

5. Stir-fry until the flavors have come out, you can pour in the right amount of water

6. Put the fish bones in, bring to a boil on high heat, change to low heat and cook slowly for 20 minutes

7. Wash the soybean sprouts, put water in a pot to boil, add the soybean sprouts and blanch

8. Take the fish bones from the pot in advance to the pot with bean sprouts, and put the marinated fish fillets into the soup in the pot one by one

9. Pour the fish fillets and soup into the pot together, put chili powder, minced garlic, and chopped green onions on top of the fish fillets in the pot

10. Pour hot oil on it and serve

Tips:

Fillet the fish by yourself: After slaughtering and washing the fish, split the fish in the middle, remove the spine, and cut the fillet from the tail of the fish diagonally. Do not fill the fillet from the head. If the direction is reversed, then The fish bones are all fragments, and the fish flesh is full of thorns.
