It’s been a long time since I have eaten the spicy flavor. I miss the spicy aftertaste a little. The fish fillets are really convenient to use Long Liyu. There are frozen ones in the supermarket. You can buy them and freeze them in the refrigerator. . Add lettuce and soybean sprouts to cook together, it tastes very delicious

Spicy Fish Fillet

1. Defrost and wash the longli fish, soak up the water and slice it

2. Put salt, cornstarch and white wine in a bowl and marinate for more than 2 hours

3. Peel and wash lettuce

4. Cut into sections and marinate with appropriate amount of salt for half an hour

5. Wash soy sprouts

6. Prepare the seasoning

7. Garlic remove old leaves and chopped

8. When the water in the pot is boiled, pour in the soybean sprouts, blanch it, and pick it up

9. Pour the fish fillets and blanch for 30 seconds to pick up

10. Saute the pepper and dried chilies over a low heat first, then set it up and set aside

11. Pour oil into the pot, add garlic and ginger slices in warm oil and sauté

13. Pour in boiling water, add lettuce and soybean sprouts, cover with high heat and boil

Tips:

1. Longli fish is marinated for a while, the fish fillet is not easy to break, and it is more delicious.
2. The bean paste is very salty, do not add salt first, try the taste at the end before deciding
