Spicy Four Ding Stir-fry
1.
Cut all the raw materials into cubes, and cut the cashew nuts in half. (There are no Chaotian peppers and Hang peppers at home, I used green peppers and dried peppers instead). Cashew nuts can also be replaced with walnut kernels
2.
When the pot is hot, pour peanut oil, then add green onion and ginger until fragrant
3.
Pour in the diced meat and stir-fry until the diced meat turns white
4.
Pour in the corn kernels, (if the walnut kernels need to be put together with the corn kernels), stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the green and red peppers, and stir-fry for about 1 minute
5.
Finally, add the crushed cashew nuts, stir fry quickly and add the chicken essence
6.
Turn off the heat and put it on the plate, and a small stir fry with spicy food and detoxification is done.
Tips:
1. If you choose walnut kernels, you need to boil them in water for 2 minutes in advance, and then immediately pass in cold water to remove the bitterness and astringency of walnuts;
2. If you use cashews, you need to put them last. If you put them early, the cashews will peel (soften) and will not be crisp.
