It is said that Chengdu people love to eat hot peppers, and they feel that the food is not good after a meal. And many Chengdu people love to eat small noodles in the morning, but besides the small noodles, Chaoshou is also very popular. A bowl of steaming red oil, paired with fresh pork filling, makes people feel very happy after eating.

Spicy Fresh Pork Wonton

1. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cooking wine, and quail eggs to the pork filling and stir well.

2. Constantly stirring up the strength.

3. Add the water soaked in spring onion, ginger, and garlic in portions, and stir until the meat fills with water.

4. Take the wonton wrapper, put the filling in the middle, stack the bottom wrapper, and leave a side on the top.

5. Then turn it over, and glue the left and right lower corners together. Until all the wontons are wrapped.

6. After the water in the pot is boiled, add some wakame, add wontons and cook until the volume becomes larger and floats on the water.

7. Pour light soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper into the bowl.

8. Pour in the soup of boiled wontons, remove the wontons, and sprinkle with coriander and shrimp skins.

9. Finally, pour the spicy oil.

Tips:

1. The meat filling can be adjusted at will, as long as the wonton can be wrapped and not spread, the effect will be the same when cooked.
2. You can also add some mustard shreds.
