Spicy Fried Chicken Root

Wash the chicken roots and drain the water, add oil, salt, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, etc., mix and marinate for 15 minutes;

Put 60 grams of fried chicken powder and 100ml of cold water in a bowl and mix well without lumps;

Pour the prepared fried chicken paste into the marinated chicken roots, mix well, marinate quietly for 15 minutes, and then add dried chili powder;

Put the marinated chicken roots into 80 grams of fried chicken powder, and evenly coat the dry powder;

Pour the oil in the hot pan, wait until the temperature of the oil rises to about 180 degrees, add the sticky chicken roots, fry for 2-3 minutes, flip once when it is slightly yellow. PS: Remember to shake the chicken roots in the frying pan, so that the powder does not get into the frying pan
Tips:
1. Put fish sauce to make the chicken roots get rid of fishy;
2. If you don't eat chili, you can leave out chili powder;
3. When using the frying pan, the chicken roots should not have loose powder, which is easy to paste in the pan.
