It’s time to get in the heat. I woke up early in the morning because of something and I couldn’t fall asleep. I tossed and turned and decided to get up. I didn’t want to go downstairs to exercise. I didn’t know what to do. The hygiene was cleaned up before going to bed last night and finally decided. Let’s update the recipe...actually, I don’t know when it was just a small hobby of cooking.
Maybe it’s not a bad thing..."

Spicy Fried Chicken Wings

1. Prepare all the necessary seasonings. After buying the chicken wings, thaw them and remove the blood.

2. Chop the chicken wings into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and marinate for more than 5 minutes.

3. Cut half of the green pepper into circles, and cut the other half into sections diagonally with the millet.

4. Wash the chives and cut into sections. Cut the garlic and ginger into granules.

5. Reserve after the beer is prepared

6. Add oil to the pan, add the chicken wings and stir fry after the oil is hot

7. When the chicken wings are spit out, add in the chopped garlic and ginger when the oil is out, and continue to fry the flavor

8. Then add the sliced chili peppers

9. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce.

10. Add another tablespoon of soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

11. Pour the beer and burn it directly with high heat.

12. When the water in the pot is dry, add the diagonally cut green pepper segments and the millet for spicy, stir-fry slightly until the color turns bright.

13. Add chives, push evenly, turn off the heat and serve.

14. I put a bit too much chili, people who can’t eat spicy put it less

15. ......

Tips:

1 The amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce is relatively sufficient, if you need to add salt, be careful.
2 Don't eat too spicy, you can replace the millet chili with ordinary red chili.
3 For those with heavy flavor, add chicken essence before cooking.
