Spicy Fried Clams

Prepare the materials

When I bought the clams, I asked the boss to go to one of the shells so that they can be washed more cleanly

Cut green and red peppers into small sections; chop garlic; chop coriander into sections

Add oil to the wok to heat up, first add the minced garlic and sauté fragrant, then add green and red peppers and stir fry for a fragrant

Pour in the clams and fry them until they are whole.

Add salt, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce and stir well, sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
The clams we buy are usually soaked clean, if not, we have to soak them out of the sand.
