Spicy Fried Clams

Add salt to sand

Pour dried chili, green chili pepper, small red pepper, minced garlic, ginger, green onion, into the frying pan and sauté until fragrant, and then add the drained clams

Add cooking wine

Add soy sauce

Add a little chicken essence

Tips:
Add more garlic, shallot and various peppers to taste better
