Spicy Fried Clams

Soak the bought clams in salt water for about 2 hours, put a few iron nails or drop a few drops of sesame oil to speed up the clams spit out sand.

Dice small green and red peppers

Diced garlic

Put oil in the pot, heat up, add garlic and sauté
6.
Then add diced green and red peppers and sauté until fragrant
7.
Put the clams on high heat and quickly stir fry until the clams open
8.
When the clams are almost open, add a little soy sauce (a little bit is fine, I put a little more)
9.
Then add the coriander and mix it to turn off the heat and get out of the pot
