Spicy Fried Clams

Soak the clams in water, add appropriate amount of salt and a drop of sesame oil to the water, and let it spit sand for two hours.

In a pot under cold water, add a spoonful of cooking wine to the pot to get rid of fishy.

Cook until the clams are removed from the mouth, rinse with clean water, and dry the water for later use.

Prepare shredded green pepper, garlic slices, ginger slices, and spicy millet in advance.
