Spicy Fried Lotus Root Slices

Prepare raw materials: lotus root, two vitex, sweet pepper. There are fewer bell peppers, so I forgot to shoot.

Wash the lotus roots, peel them, and cut them into thin slices; remove the stems of the two vitex stalks, wash them, and cut them diagonally; cut the bell peppers into longer dices; cut the dried peppers into sections, and prepare the peppercorns.

Tips:
Stir fry the whole time, don't fry for too long.
