Spicy Fried Octopus

Wash the octopus. (Handle internal organs, mouth and eyes well)

Chop millet pepper, ginger and garlic, and cut coriander into sections.

Add water to the pot, add the ginger slices and bring to a boil. Add the octopus and blanch it.

Remove and drain the water after 10-20 seconds.

Sit in a pot to ignite, pour in some oil after it is hot. Add millet pepper and stir fry with ginger.

Pour in the blanched octopus and stir fry quickly over high heat.

Add in order and then smoke, salt, and chili oil.

Add the coriander and stir fry.

After frying evenly, take it out of the pan.
Tips:
1: Don't be too long when blanching, in case the taste is not good.
2: After the octopus is in the pot, it must be quickly stir-fried. In addition, coriander is particularly easy to cook. Put it in high heat and stir evenly before starting the pan.
3: For those who cannot eat spicy food, replace millet pepper with sweet noodle sauce.
4: You can also add some shredded onion as you like.
