Spicy Fried Rice Noodles

Prepare ingredients: wash and chop lean pork meat, rice noodles, chives, dried chilies, green chilies and other ingredients;

Soak the rice noodles with water until soft;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the dried chilies and green chilies, and stir fry;

Add minced meat and stir-fry. Keep stirring until the minced meat is not lumpy and has distinct grains.

Tips:
1. The rice noodles must be soaked softly, and the soaking time can be shortened with warm water;
2. Minced meat should be chopped, and stir-fried constantly when stir-frying, so as not to agglomerate;
3. The hot pepper is selected according to the degree of preference.
