Spicy Fried Squid

Prepare the squid meat and wash it.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Boil the squid in the water.
4.
Prepare some chili, pepper and garlic.
5.
Prepare some chives.

Remove the squid meat to control the water.

All the seasonings are finely chopped and ready.

Put oil in the pan, add the seasoning and sauté until fragrant.

Add squid.

Add some cooking wine.

Add some soy sauce.

Add some salt and chives.

Tips:
1. Blanch the squid to remove fishy and peculiar smells and shape.
2. The squid should not be cooked for too long, as the meat will grow old after a long time.
3. Add some pepper and chili and stir fry to make the squid meat more spicy.
