Spicy Fried Squid

Wash the squid and cut it well.

The green and red peppers are also washed and cut.

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, and blanch the squid for a while to pick up.

Pour out the blanching water and put it on the pot again, add some oil and sauté the ginger and garlic.

Add a tablespoon of spicy bean paste and stir fry.

Tips: The amount of chili depends on personal taste, because I can't eat too spicy, so I only add a small chili, and the rest are big chili. Since the bean paste itself is very salty, there is no need to add salt.
