Spicy Fried Squid

Prepare ingredients

Remove the skin of the squid. Cut the squid with a shallow diagonal knife (commonly known as the squid knife) and cut into pieces in both directions.

Cut peppers

Blanch the squid

Heat the oil with onion, ginger, garlic, chili, and pepper to fragrant.
6.
Put the blanched squid, add oyster sauce, stir fry with less salt, and put sesame oil before serving.
Tips:
Squid is easy to cook, don't blanch it. (I use squid separately)
