Spicy Fried Tofu Roll

Cut tofu skin into wide strips, shred cucumber, cut coriander into sections, and peel shrimp

A piece of tofu skin with appropriate amount of shredded cucumber, coriander and shrimp

The tofu skin is rolled up and secured with a toothpick

Add some oil to the pan, and put the rolled tofu rolls into the pan
