Spicy Fungus with Cold Sauce
1.
Soak the fungus with warm water (the soaking process takes about 20 minutes)
2.
Wash the soaked fungus and set aside
3.
Boil the fungus for three minutes in a pot
4.
Prepare a bowl of cool white open into the cooked fungus
5.
Mince garlic, mince the spicy millet and chopped green onion and set aside
6.
Add light soy sauce, pepper oil, and chicken powder, mix thoroughly and set aside (because the salty taste of light soy sauce is enough, there is no need to add salt)
7.
Pour the dried fungus into the adjusted seasoning and mix well
Tips:
It is best to soak the fungus as much as you want to eat. The fungus will deteriorate after 24 hours of soaking!
