Spicy Griddle Beef Brisket

The sirloin is soaked in warm water with bleeding water.

Wash and cut into pieces of about 4 cm, and drain the water.

Put a little oil in the wok, stir-fry the beef on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes, stir-fry the water, add the cooking wine, and stir evenly, and then set the sirloin for later use.

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, two grass fruit, two star anise, and a dozen peppercorns. Prepare Pixian Douban, Spicy Sauce and Mushroom Sauce. If you like spicy food, prepare a spoonful of thick chili noodles.

Pour a little oil into the pot, and sauté the vanilla fruit, peppercorns and star anise.

Add Pixian Douban, spicy sauce and thick chili noodles and stir-fry to make red oil.

Add shiitake mushroom sauce and ginger spring onions, then add appropriate amount of water to heat.

Add the sirloin, cover with a little salt and pepper and simmer for 1 hour until the sirloin is crispy. Or use a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

Collect the juice over high heat, add a little sugar and coriander and stir well.
