Spicy Griddle Chicken

Tips:

When the three-yellow chicken is stir-fried, it must be stir-fried to get a fragrance. The chicken skin is slightly curled out. Add the spicy skin and ginger. Don't stir-fry over high heat. Stir slowly over medium and low heat. Add salt to taste and add it. If the salty taste is not the same, you can cook it in an electric hot pot or an alcohol stove. The soup is slightly more gravy.
