Spicy Grilled Pomfret

Prepare the ingredients: clean and wash the pomfret; remove the stems and seeds of the green pepper; wash onions, ginger, green onions, and green onions;

Dice green pepper, ginger and green onion; shred onion;

Add green pepper, ginger, and green onions with a little water and crush them with a food processor. Mix well with appropriate amount of cumin powder, chili powder, salt, chicken powder, and steamed fish soy sauce;

Put the pomfret in the seasoning juice and mix well; cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours;

Brush the oil on the electric baking pan, add onions after the preheating program is over;

Spread the pomfret on top of the onion, and brush a layer of vegetable oil on the pomfret;
7.
Close the lid and start the "grilled fish/shrimp" program;
8.
After the procedure is over, sprinkle the remaining cumin powder, chili powder, and some chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal preference;
2. Onions are the bottom to improve the flavor and cannot be eaten;
