Spicy Hanamaki

Add the yeast and warm water to the flour to form a dough.

The dough rises to twice its size.

Roll out the dough into large pieces and sprinkle with salt.

Pour in spicy oil and spread evenly.

Sprinkle with chopped chives evenly.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Then cut into equal pieces.

Use chopsticks to make an impression in the middle.

Stretch the sides of the dough and turn it into a Hanamaki dough.

Put it in a steamer and continue to ferment for 15 minutes.

Steam on high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for 3 minutes after steaming, and open the lid.
Tips:
1 Proof the finished Hanamaki for 15 minutes, then steam it, the Hanamaki will be soft and delicious.
2 After steaming the Hanamaki, let it simmer for 3 minutes before opening the lid. The Hanamaki does not shrink.
