Spicy Hot Pot

All the balls, fungi, and greens should be cut and washed, and then all the ingredients except the onions should be blanched in water.

The ingredients are ready, I use hot pot base and household bean paste

Heat the oil, add green onions and sauté until fragrant

Add seasonings such as star anise, chili, bay leaves, etc.

Then add the hot pot base, fry the bean paste to make the red oil

Add the blanched balls and stir fry

Add in the blanched mushrooms, kelp and bean sprouts

Finally, add green vegetables, stir fry until it is colored, add a little salt, chicken essence, and monosodium glutamate according to personal taste.

The color, fragrance, and taste are all available. It’s super easy to eat. My son can eat this pot in one meal. The family likes it so much. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili!
