Spicy Kelp Shreds

Wash the kelp shreds, cut into sections, remove the seeds and stems of the red pepper, cut into thin strips, chop small red peppers and dried peppers, and chop spicy peanuts;

Boil water in a pot, add red pepper shreds when the water is boiled, blanch for a few seconds and then remove;

Soak in cold water quickly, remove and drain after cooling;

Put the kelp shreds in boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes;

Immerse in cold water, remove and drain after cooling;

Mix kelp shreds and red pepper shreds, add light soy sauce;

Add vinegar

Add sugar and salt;

In a separate pot, pour a little oil, add chili sauce and chopped chili until the oil is hot and saute;

Add the crushed peanuts after the fragrance overflows;

Stir thoroughly and then turn off the heat;

While it's hot, pour crushed chili peanuts and hot oil into the shredded kelp;

Add a little sesame oil and mix well.
