Spicy Noodles

Drain the cooked vermicelli noodles

Stir-fry the tempeh in chili oil and put it together with the starch for later use. Add a small amount of water to adjust the starch.

Put in the noodles just enough to cover all the starch paste, stir evenly, and add salt, sugar and chili powder to taste

Pour a layer of vegetable oil on the pan and heat it up
5.
Flatten the surface with a spatula, turn it over after frying it thoroughly, and fry on both sides until the skin is crispy.
