Spicy Peanuts
1.
Put one tablespoon each of Chinese pepper and dried chili, add five-spice powder and a little salt into a pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil. (The amount of pepper and chili can be added or subtracted according to personal preference)
2.
Add the peanuts and cook for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and let cool, which will increase the peanut's spicy sensation.
3.
Peel off the skin of the peanuts. (In order to taste better, I split it into two pieces)
4.
Also remove the chili and Chinese pepper to control the moisture.
5.
Put the peanuts and peppers in a fresh-keeping bag and put them in the refrigerator for at least one night. Put the frozen peanuts in the refrigerator to make them crispier when fried.
6.
Put the pot on the fire, add an appropriate amount of oil, and add peanuts when 30% of the oil is warm.
7.
Fry into a pale yellow and remove the oil.
8.
Leave a little oil in the pot, not too hot, pour in the pepper, and saute the chili slowly until fragrant.
9.
Pour in the fried peanuts and stir fry evenly.
10.
Just add salt and sugar before serving.
11.
Put the prepared spicy peanuts in the fresh-keeping box for a day or two, and the flavor will be better.
12.
Taste one, three-point spicy, very crispy, so you can't stop it.
