Spicy Pickled Cucumber Shreds

Wash 2 cucumbers and cut into thick shreds (not too thin)

Cut the Chaotian pepper into small pieces, and chop the garlic cloves into mince

Add minced garlic, Chaotian pepper, and salt to the cucumber shreds

Stir evenly with chopsticks and marinate for 2-3 hours

Drain the water after marinating

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pot and heat the oil to 70% hot

Pour the marinated and drained cucumber shreds into the pot, add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes

Put it out of the pan and serve it on the plate, and the crispy and refreshing pickled cucumbers will be ready (the taste will be better after cooling or refrigeration!)
