Tips:
1. Minced meat, minced pork or minced beef can be used. Hand-chopped is more delicious. As for whether minced meat or diced meat is used in authentic spicy meat noodles, there are different opinions on the Internet, but I like to use minced meat;
2. Pixian Douban Hot Sauce, you can also use chili sauce instead;
3. Fried spicy meat sauce, remember to have a little more oil to taste, at least cover the entire bottom of the pan with oil. I used half of the chili oil and half of the salad oil here. For those with a high level of spicy food, you can use chili oil to fry them all. Chili oil is available in ordinary supermarkets or vegetable markets, and a small bottle is enough;
4. If you can't finish eating too much at a time, you can put it in an airtight container while it is hot and store it in the refrigerator for about a week.
