Mixed noodles are more suitable for thin round noodles, but it depends on personal preference. We can prepare stir-fry while noodles are being made.

2. Remove the seeds and tendons of the hot pepper and cut into shreds, shred the green onion and ginger, and cut the tenderloin into shreds. Add appropriate amount of water, starch, salt and oil to marinate for 20 minutes. Tips:

1. Don't boil the noodles too badly, it will taste better if they are too cold water.
2. People who can't eat spicy food don't have to worry. After removing the tendons and seeds, the hot pepper is basically not spicy anymore. The slightly spicy taste just opens up the appetite.
3. I like refreshing noodles. It's best for summer. The thick red sauce will taste too greasy.
