Spicy Potato Shreds

Prepare all the necessary ingredients, shred the green and red pepper, shred the potatoes and soak in water for ten minutes.

Mix the chicken bouillon with vinegar and chili sauce to make a sauce.

Pour water in a pot to boil, add shredded potatoes and pepper shreds and cook until broken.
4.
Remove and drain the water and pour in the juice.
5.
Add oil in a hot pan, add ginger garlic pepper and saute until fragrant.
6.
Pour into the potato shreds and mix well.

Plate.
