Spicy Potato Shreds

Peel and shred potatoes.

Wash the starch thoroughly with cold water. Soak in the water.

Remove seeds and shred green peppers.
4.
Add oil to the pot and heat it up.
5.
Add dried chili and dried Chinese pepper until fragrant.

Add green pepper shreds and sauté.
7.
Add potato shreds.
8.
Stir and fry evenly.
9.
Add salt, sugar and chili sauce and stir fry evenly.
10.
Just install it.
Tips:
1. The amount of salt and sugar depends on the flavor of the spicy sauce. It is best to add the spicy sauce first, and then add sugar and salt.
