Spicy Purple Cabbage

Prepare purple cabbage, enoki mushroom, ginger and garlic.

Prepare light soy sauce, sesame oil, and white vinegar.

Wash ginger and garlic, mince, and put in a bowl.

Pour in white vinegar and mix well into a flavored sauce.

Wash the purple cabbage and cut into fine strips.
