Spicy Rabbit Meat

The rabbit is boneless and meat is cut into cubes;

Remove seeds and cut dried chili into sections; mince green onions; slice ginger;

Add water to the pot, add green onion, pepper, ginger slices and a part of dried chili to boil, add a little salt, pour in rabbit meat and cook for 5 minutes;

Remove the rabbit meat, add appropriate amount of starch and mix well;

Heat oil in a pan, add a little pepper and fry it to get a fragrance and then skip it. Add green onions and dried chilies and fry until fragrant;

Add rabbit meat, add light soy sauce, chicken essence and a little sugar to taste, stir fry quickly;

Finally, sprinkle in sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
