Spicy Rabbit Meat

1. The rabbit is boneless and meat is cut into cubes;

2. Remove seeds and cut dried chili into sections; mince green onions; slice ginger;

3. Add water to the pot, add green onion, pepper, ginger slices and a part of dried chili to boil, add a little salt, pour in rabbit meat and cook for 5 minutes;

4. Remove the rabbit meat, add appropriate amount of starch and mix well;
