Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

First tear the cauliflower into small pieces and soak in cold water with a tablespoon of salt for ten minutes, half an hour is better.

Drain the water after rinsing.

Then put the cauliflower in a fresh-keeping bag, add 20 grams of chili oil, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, and 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds.

Tips:
1. The air frying oven is used here. If you use a general open oven, it will take longer.
2. Adjust the time according to the size and thickness of the cauliflower.
