Spicy Roasted Horned Melon

1 horn melon, 1 carrot, 1 chicken sausage, 50g chili sauce, green onion, ginger.

Cut the corner melon into pieces with a hob.

Cut the carrot into pieces with a hob.

Cut the chicken sausage into pieces.

Chop the green onion and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and fry until 8 is ripe, set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and saute the scallions and ginger.

Add the horned melon, chicken sausage, and carrots in sequence, and stir-fry evenly.

Put the chili sauce and stir-fry it evenly.

Then, add the sauce, salt, and sugar to taste, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add MSG for freshness. Pour in water starch to thicken the gorgon. After the gorgon juice is gelatinized, pour in an appropriate amount of light oil.

Sauce: Boiled by yourself, see the first half of "Fragrant Braised Chicken Liver" for the cooking method. It has many uses and can replace light soy sauce.
