Spicy Roasted Tofu

Slice the tofu, don’t cut it too thin, about half a centimeter thick.

Make a few slices of tofu slices lightly on both sides to taste, be careful not to cut through.

Olive oil, pepper powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, mix well.

Chopped green and red peppers.

Put the tofu in a baking tray lined with tin foil, brush with a layer of sauce, and brush it all.

The oven is fully brushed and preheated for ten minutes in advance.

Into the middle of the oven, bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

After ten minutes, take it out and turn it over with a spatula and brush with a layer of material. Continue to bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green and red peppers before serving.
Tips:
Regarding the seasoning, you can choose according to your taste. If you don't like spicy, you can put less chili powder or leave it alone. If you like to eat a bit more crispy, you can extend the time to bake it for a while, you can master it yourself.
