Spicy Sauce

Prepare the ingredients, remove the stems and wash the red peppers to control the moisture. Red peppers are used for spicy foods. My family can’t eat too spicy. I used half of the red peppers and half of the red peppers that are not very spicy. You can adjust it according to your taste. Stir-frying on high heat is restricted for about 20 minutes, and it is OK if there is no moisture. After turning off the heat, add monosodium glutamate. The recipe is monosodium glutamate. Tips:
1. Choose red peppers. Mature peppers are easy to preserve. If you can't eat spicy, you can add some red green peppers.
2. Any vegetable oil can be used to fry the chili sauce. Take care to protect yourself and prevent scalding. Fry it until there is no moisture.
3. This is a mature recipe. My family makes it every year. It is very popular to send to relatives and friends. If you can’t eat that much, you can reduce it proportionally.
