Spicy Sauerkraut Pork Bun

Soak the yeast powder and baking powder in warm water, add some salt

As shown! Pour into the flour and knead!

Knead and add powder until it doesn't touch your hands or the basin!

Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap! Fermentation for 1.5-2 hours

Marinate the pork cubes with cooking wine, ginger and garlic paste, and mix with a bowl: spicy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, sugar, oil, soy sauce, water and set aside. Start the frying pan and fry the pork until slightly yellow, add the sauerkraut and stir fry, then add the sauce in the bowl and stir fry. Sprinkle diced carrots and diced scallions on the pan before serving, set aside!
